Re: If you werent muslim, what would you want to try/experience?
hat's a soooooooo funny thread....cause all thos things you guys sais you would exerience if you were not muslim ARE experienced by so many muslims:D:D:D!!!!
being muslims and being a good pracising muslim are two different things....
and i feel it's rather hypocrtiacal of born muslim to wish to do something not haraam...and not do it just cause of muslim culture around....
having pure thoughts and restrainig from haraam things cause you know deep down in your heart that it's vad for you is so much more pious...
there are many non muslim who do not date, drink alcohol, bath in the sun or eat pork...cause it's unhealthy, immoral practises...

Re: If you werent muslim, what would you want to try/experience?
If you werent muslim or if you came from a family who didnt care what you did, would you do things differently in your life? Would you try things that you are not trying because you are muslim? Would you take a laxer attitude on things like dating, drinking, partying, mingling, etc? Are there things you want to try/do/experience, and you arent because you feel its not islamic or not right?
How would you answer if someone asked you that?
not really, the only thing i would wana do is get a tiny tattoo on ma back rite above ma hip and get a navel piercing :D
Re: If you werent muslim, what would you want to try/experience?

Re: If you werent muslim, what would you want to try/experience?
Wow....what an awful way to look at things. It's as if Islam is a burden on you, just holding you back from having fun.
This is like saying "If you didn't think telling the truth was right, how much would you lie?".
Re: If you werent muslim, what would you want to try/experience?
I’d have greasy bacon for breakfast evry morning and beer every night with my curry, naa only joking both these things stink and the smell is enough to make me sick. :yukh:
Re: If you werent muslim, what would you want to try/experience?
You can get halaal bacon but it's not from pig, when I was in Turkey we got goat bacon, at home you can just go to a Kosher Butchers and they have duck/goose breast which is very similar to bacon in texture and taste or you can go for the soya stuff.
You can also get non-alcoholic beer, I don't see the point because it doesn't exactly taste right good.
Re: If you werent muslim, what would you want to try/experience?
I might have had better understanding of Islam - I thikn sometimes we all take it for granted. Those who convert actually do it for what they believe in not like us.
We were born in to it. Our personality developed loving it.
But i have such a huge respect for those who convert
black leather mini skirt, red tank top written babe on it and leather boots. oh i would not have cut my long zulfein if that was the case. and i would show them off :D toba i am wild
Re: If you werent muslim, what would you want to try/experience?

Re: If you werent muslim, what would you want to try/experience?
It is not hypocritical at all ![]()
Having a desire is a human trait, it is natural. But religions dictate boundries.
Islamically this worldly life is like a prison for muslim.
So we must follow the guidlines.,
Morality is very subjective
For many people haveing more than one spouse is immoral, but it is allowed for muslims.
For many people a grown up person is not bound to listen to parents , but for a muslim it he is religiously bound to obey mother, no matter what.
ps. Red wine is Red , so is my heart and your lips ![]()
**Taking of Red, I love Red pomegranate juice  it is heavenly **
Re: If you werent muslim, what would you want to try/experience?
Fermented or otherwise?
Re: If you werent muslim, what would you want to try/experience?
drinking, girlfriend...
Re: If you werent muslim, what would you want to try/experience?
you can still drink wine (non-alcohlic though). Try Muscadine wines, they are good. You won't be abel to stand the smell or taste of alcohlic wine anyway!
Re: If you werent muslim, what would you want to try/experience?
[quote=Munni]
If you werent muslim or if you came from a family who didnt care what you did, would you do things differently in your life? …
Well, let’s see what is there so attractive that I’m misisng not being a non-muslim …
Meat of an animal that eats it’s own Sh** … ughhhhhh … hello???
Drinking?? Ever tried a beer (try a non-alcohlic one-Odouls) it smells worse than it’s taste, and alcohlic beer is probably 10 times worse … the only reason guys and gals keep drinking beer in the bars/clubs is because it’s the cheapest drink, can get them going all night long without having to get drunk fast (not to mention frequest visits to the Loo coz beer makes them P a lot … now imagine they visit restrooms all night long, no “tahart” wud u wanna go to bed with them? (considering u r being non-muslim) ughhhhhh not in my right mind! Other drinks, including wines, hard liqour … try talking to someone who has had a few drinks, the breath coming out of their mouth … is that what’s so attractive to try?? or that morning after “Blahhhhhh” feeling??
Dancing/Clubbing?? I luv to dance and still do it whenever I have a good friend to go with. Chichora crowd puts me off though. The idea is go dance, not ‘hey check me out’ (which is actually the main difference being a muslim and a non-muslim gal. They throw themselves out in the market hoping someone wud take them! Generally speaking!). If there aren’t any nice clubs around, I prefer to have a dance party at my place, dance till u drop!
Hmmmm what else? Multiple sexual partners?? Well, I don’t know about others but I wud not want every other male touching me every other night or every other month … ever heard of private space … yes this is my private space and u r not welcome here unless u r that someone special I wana share the rest of my life with! It may be a girl thing, but hey, ever heard of STDs (Sexually Transmitted Diseases). Knowing these (non-muslim) people don’t keep as clean as our religion advises us (taharat, cleaning pu*** hair etc.) … girls, have u ever known of “skid marks” after that wud u wana sleep with them guys … ahhhhh I don’t think so.
Picking up the right partner after dating a few? Well, I don’t wanna wake up 40+ one morning, after having tried 4-5 partners each 2-3 years duration … oh it didn’t work out with him either
What people don’t understand every relationship has it’s rosy period, first 3-6 months and then there are conflicts and confusion and arguements. What makes us “the right or the perfect person” is how we handle them without having to insult or dump the other person. Ofcourse there are exceptions! (like at times it doesn’t workout despite all ur efforts)
What else am I missing?? Dressing?? There’s a difference between looking seductive and a hooker, lolzzzz. I dress the way I want to, no biggy.
I live on my own (was difficult for my parents though but they respect you if u can convince them). I take a road trip anytime I want, have travelled around the world, yet being a Muslim ![]()
So what is there so attractive that I wud wanna do, if non-muslim, God forbid. I am so content being a muslim, and none of these give me any regret for not having tried. Tempt me! ![]()
Re: If you werent muslim, what would you want to try/experience?
^ Thas very… very… explicit ![]()
Re: If you werent muslim, what would you want to try/experience?
