Oh, God. Why can’t we ever have a discussion without bringing religion into it constantly? Is that all that defines us (I’m sure many will say yes) but in theory, we should be able to have an exchange of opinion or discussion without having to bring religion into it. The OP asked a random question, inserted the possibility of it being allowed in Islam for those that base their opinion off of it out of courtesy. It doesn’t mean every person who has the opposite view has to get beat with the Religion Cane. Also because not everyone on here is a Muslim. Just sayin’.

If someone asks a hypothetical question instead of giving a speech about how their post is haram or halal just answer the question. If we keep on going by haram or halal half the posts or threads wouldn’t work.
