Come on guys. Enough is enough. If Indians take all the Pakistani women like Veena Malik then I think they themselves are dumbest. Do we Pakistanis take all Indian women like Rakhi Sawant or Malika Sharawat. I think we don't. So there is no need to be worried that Indians will consider all Pakistani women like Veena Malik. I think Indians know our Benazir Bhutto, Parveen Shakir, Hina Rabbani Khar, Haseen Moin, Nazia Hassan and that will not allow them to generalise Pakistani women with Veena Malik.
One more thing, Veena is doing all that rubbish acts in India (in her own words from Soyamar promo India ne mujhe aazadi di) and Indians may be aware of that no actress like Veena, Meera, etc will dare to do such things in Pakistan. Period.

GS is a private forum that can make its own rules and standards - has nothing to do with Pakistani law. Ditto TV and print media. The censor board in each country I guess decides what TV and print can show/print.
But unless there is a law in your constitution that says Veenas actions are illegal, better not to confuse censorship with law IMO.

"Personal life"???? What Imran Khan did....eventually came out in the public and it is a huge deal. Disowning a child is a huge deal. How would you feel if your father refused to acknowledge your existence for several years? This is not about him not being a "hero" of Pakistan. It's about you having double standards when it comes to people's mistakes. Just because Imran Khan did more good things for Pak........his former mistakes (which are rather grave. Zina is a grave sin. Not acknowledging your child is a grave sin) should be easily overlooked? So tell me...if Veena starts doing some good things for Pak...starts giving in charity...or builds a hospital/school....will you then overlook her raunchy photoshoot?

She had a pretty bold lifestyle in Pakistan also.
She has done many risque and borderline shoots in India before which were disliked but did not cause so much aggravation.
However, any sane person can see that this was over the line,
both on count of obscenity and distasteful mockery of a national institution overseas [even though I am not defending everything that ISI does; just like other countries' so-called intelligence agencies - I am sure they all engage in illegal and criminal activities.]
Why do they have to put down their own country to praise another ?
There is also Sara Raza Khan who said that she had heard of the Pyar *jo Bharat ki Sar-zameen se milta hai *and that she found it more loving than she had heard.
She was graceful in India and did not need to put down Pakistan in any way to gain the approval of Indians.
Face it, there are some people who are more confident in themselves and graceful than others. Veena doesn't impress on these counts.
To answer the question on top, I guess she meant azaadi to indulge in over-the-line obscenity freely and publicly.
For her sake, I hope that her version of the incident is true and that she gets her 10 carore rupees that she is asking from that trashy magazine for damages for defrauding and defaming her. She can probably redeem herself a little is she can prove her version of the events.

There is azaadi all over Pakistan, Pakistan even has an underground porn industry. My point is, there are no laws about posing half-nude or scantily in Pakistan. Hell, we have Heera Mandi which is out in the open and that too in the shadows of a masjid, lol.
