It is a fake cover of FHM. January cover of that magazine does not have that picture. It is a creation of some Pakistani hater. The ISI tattoo on her arm make me suspicious and I had to google FHM . FHM never had any desi on its cover.I am sure they never heard of Veena Malik. FHM do not print naked women either on their cover.
Times of India need to hire more vigilant and honest journalists. 
Search of Veena Malik on fhm.com does not show any article about her. w

I have reasons to be skeptical about anything negative which starts from other side of the border. Everybody on the other side of borders is not so Pakistan friendly and not level headed.

Everything is not a joke. I have all the reasons to be sentimental , jub kisi Pakistani k kapray utar k usko saree dunia k samnay nanga kar dia ja-a . I do not think Veena or any Pakistani from Pakistan can go to this extent specially if they have to go back to Pakistan , she did not ask for political asylum from India that is a proof that these pictures are fake and another attempt to drag Pakistan and Pakistani people faces into mud.

Oh yeh baat pay chiray ho. I thought I said that you were being naughty issi liyeh gussa ho gayeh. Well, in a way she asked for this herself. She did another photoshoot where she just covered herself with a red cloth don't you think thats just as bad? IsI thing can be controversial but still as far as the nude picture is concerned i highly doubt she would be bothered about it or even say no to such a thing...because she did act as if she was a despo wanting it on bigg boss and she did it to stay in the show and for the camera and the world to see and enjoy it.

there is definitely a veena malik cover, but it is highly doubtful it is the one that is circulating. i’m pretty sure though that its fhm that has released the fake cover as well to get their publicity up..
