If religion was created by man, alien, or by whatsoever thing(s), as a tool for control or for whatever purpose, than why do polytheistic religions never face any struggle? While every monotheistic faith has been attacked?
Polytheism: is the belief of multiple deities also usually assembled into a pantheon of gods and goddesses, along with their own mythologies and rituals.
Monotheism: is the belief in the existence of one god or in the oneness of God.
prove what? you are making an assertion, not me. can you prove that polytheistic faiths believe their gods have no image, or cannot be imagined? here are some gods with shapes from all over the world.
south america: incan religion
north america: aztec religion
europe: greek religion
asia:akkadian/sumerian religion
africa: egyptian religion
its only gonna let me attach 5 images in each post, so i picked one from each continent.
As far as the Olympian Gods are concerned they too can't be seen in their true form by mere mortals, thats why everytime you read Greek mythology you see Zeus or Athena or whosoever disguise themselves as humans to convey their message to the people of the world. This image is then just an interpretation of what he would look like because no one can draw the perfection associated with the Olympian Gods.
Technically they don’t **exist - in the sense they are not real just abstract concepts … **But the irony is Allah (SWT) will make them real all of the pagan gods - on the Day of Judgement and then throw them in hell with their believers … LOL
Traffic signal (red, yellow, green) are erected at the side of roads to provide information to road users is known world widely. Any person visiting any country knows that what means when traffic signal turns into red, yellow or green. The signal since its innovation till now is used in each and every country and everyone abiding the rules of traffic signal. Thus, red, yellow and green light of traffic signal known world widely and accepted regardless to any nationality and races placed by only one whereas all agreed to abide it.
If one or many country preferred to use same traffic signal but with different colors, others than red, yellow and green, means every country would like to have its own colored traffic signal. Like one country prefers blue, brown, purple and another country prefer different to both. Isn’t that will create a chaos?
Now the first traffic signal (red, yellow, green) is referred as monotheism where all different races abiding “One International Law” of traffic signal. I call this “One International Law” as “Islam” prescribed in “Qur’an”, by “One True God”, “Almighty Allah”.
The second traffic signal where every country has its own preferred color refereed as polytheism. And at post#1 the polytheistic religions never face any struggle? While every monotheistic faith has been attacked. Refer to my second Para where every country preferred to use same traffic signal but with different colors means this kind of changing will remain in that particular country but if we see this changes in other way that its clearly against the international law as mentioned in para#1. Lastly, about attacks on monotheistic faith is because they wants to bring “One international law” which was here since the creation of Hazrat Adam a.s.

the irony is, you seem to think this is some novel idea. to the followers of these faiths, your god is the one who isn't real. people always get the gods that make the most sense to them.

were you high when you wrote this? polytheist religions don't fall under the umbrella of monotheism. stop trying to redefine them to fit the desert god of abraham.
That what I would like to know if the polytheist religions don't fall under the umbrella of monotheism than from where its came? I mean where the roots comes from?
But Christianity (one of Abrahamic religion) in its current shape follow different traffic signal colors than the other monotheistic religions. Muslims have multiple traffic signals each claiming to be the right one. Its like Naqalon se Hushiyar.. Hum hi asli sohan halwa bechte hain
The point is every religion has to face difficulties while establishing it against the previous religion of that area. Most of the time, we are only able to see things from our side. We can see that Islam had to get its way by struggling against the faith followed by people of Makka, but we can’t see or don’t want to see the struggle of other party. We can’t hear and don’t want to hear the claim by some people that Hinduism is also a monotheistic religion in its very roots. Have we ever tried to think over this simple line ‘Aeeshwar ek roop anaik’?
