pent up frustration is to be thrown into a well. for pent up frustration im kinda against talking to family as well. you dont want family to form a grudge against spouse or the family of the spouse.
if you have a family member you can trust will not form a grudge, then by all means yes, discuss with him/her but beware of sparking resentment in that family member’s heart. family is so protective mashallah of their girls
