You can’t compare the gujarat riots to the lal masjid situation because the riots had to the do with communal problems in Gujarat. No i’m not denying that the Indian Hindus that did that to the Indian Muslims were fanatics. A better example would be what happened in 1989-90 and still is happening in Kashmir when Pakistani militants came across the border to kill and torture close to a thousand innocent kashmiri pandits and the Indian army had to come in and still has to deal with the Pakistani militant terrorists http://www.kashmiri-pandit.org/sundry/images/vic1.jpg.
