Wrong - it is perfectly legitimate for a woman to request the right of divorce in her contract. It is standard practice in most Arab countries, including Saudi Arabia. It is also included in the Pakistani nikkah nama, although it is frequently crossed out.

Note that this right can also be delegated to another third party, and is not revokable one given.

I belong to a Sunni sect, and only contract or fatwa or whatever that I agree with is Quran then Ahadees. Plus there is no place for any fatwa if the order is clearly given in Quran and Ahadees.
