Sorry, I am not a scholar of Muslim history or hadith. I didn't realize that the revenge and killing would be in the course of some righteous battle. It's just hard for me to extract spiritual matters and answers in the context of a battlefield. While war may have always been a part of mankind, it is still an alien concept to incorporate revenge and killing into my quest for spiritual knowledge and attempts to get closer to God. I am just merely expressing my ignorance or inability to understand that other people do.

When someone converts to Islam, he starts off with a clean slate.
Does the same apply to people like Hitler?
I mean this is a man responsible for 40 Million Deaths in Europe and North Africa.
Orchestrating the genocide which killed 6 Million Jews and numerous other barbaric acts of savegry.
Would Allah have forgiven his sins if he converted to Islam on April 29, 1945, one day before he committed suicide in Berlin ?
It would have been Allah who would have decided to forgive or punish, so y dont we just leave it to Him and not try to second guess what He would have done.
Do you honestly think any of us can guess wot Allah might or might not do?
p.s. placing the responsibility of all 40 million on hitler is pure BS. Everyone involved in the war was responsible to varying degrees. Remember, history is written by the victors.

Look mercernary ALLAH is merciful and just because he is perfect.SO the question you are asking is only ALLAH tala knows best but i told you before that the person who converts to islam and has done lot of sins before that may be he has to pay for them in jahannum for a while or Qabr ka azaab,then he can go to jannah.ALLAH has promised that every living person who accept the oneness of ALLAH will go to jaanah but it is not not stated that they will directly go to jannah so first of all you have to pay for your bad deeds.Even muslims like you and me are not perfect who knows how long we have to pay for our own deeds.Questioning these kind of questions can only bring ALLAH tala 's anger.MAY ALLAH GUIDE US IN RIGHT PATH AMEEN.

Well, God isn't physical, tangible or material so spiritual is all I have to go with. And I also don't believe revenge or killing has any place in his design for man. Lessons in killing you get from a military commander. Lessons in revenge from someone who isn't close to God. Spiritual lessons from God.
That's why I believe anyone as evil during his lifetime as Hitler was cannot possibly be put on par with his righteous followers, whether he converts or not. Sure it's got to scrore some brownie points, but there is a price to pay for every action. NO ONE knows what that is, but I think it is safe to say conversion in the last moments of your life does not give you a clean slate.

40 million deaths is a number spread out by the Jews and has never been fully confirmed. More russians died in the second world war than the jews and nobody talks about them. Anyhow Hitler after converting to Islam would have started with a clean slate and thus would have been accountable only for his post islamic life.

Technically and to be fair they should pay for their sins. Conversion to Islam gives them the guarantee in Jannah after all the Hisaab Kitaab is done and they have paid for their sins. (I.M.H.0)

Abay, 40 Million Europeans died in World War II and 30 Million Asians. Total death toll from World War II is around 70 Million.
Since Germany started the war, I blame the deaths that occurred in Europe on its leader, Hitler.
But thats besides the point, I am just asking the question whether an evil man can convert to Islam and have his wiped out.
