Some responses here raise a lot of questions.
So when one converts to Islam, his sin are automatically wiped out?
He doesn’t have to seek for repentance at all to have them wiped out?
He doesn’t have to pledge “never again”?
He doesn’t have to return the rights of ppl that he usurped?

It depends on the circumstances and his niya...we have the example of firaon (pharoh) trying to pull something similar off...

He might be forgiven, but he would have to pay for all those lives he took. But who knows, these matters are always in Allah(SAW)'s hands obviously. It's kind of a relief though, knowing that he wasn't a Muslim..even though this is just hypothetical. Hitler Ullah
