There is no such thing as engagement or fiance in Islam. It is nikkah and then milkah period and then the actual rukhsati when you go to your husband's home. So this fiance is still na mehram to you because he is not your husband. If he looks at you lustfully, with sex on his mind or whatever he is committing eye prostitution.
