If Bwood music is so popular, why don't some Pak singers start singing in that style

i totli agree with this, pakistanis are **orginal. **Bollywood is famous in its habit of copying music lyrics, style etc.....

its like asking bob dylan to make 'pop' tracks simply because people like madonna are selling loads of pop records!

I know about Nazia and Zohaib.. but like which songs Jal or Atif or Junoon or Vital Signs or Ali Zafar or Sheraz Uppal or Amir Zaki, or Strings has copied?

If you are talking about Atif's song, hmmm i forgot the first line now.. that one " O jaanay jaa, dono jahan, teri bahon mein... " he pour soul himself didnt know that it was a copy of Korean song. The musician (Pritam - the xerox machine) later on apologised for that. Ofcourse apology was for his own good. And funny thing, not only the song was copied from this Korean film but the whole film was remade to "Neil & Nicky"

As far as your question is concerned, why not sing in Bwood style? Dont we have enough of those songs already? They are making/producing thousands of songs each year, same lyrics and same musics. Dont you want some variety?

Re: If Bwood music is so popular, why don't some Pak singers start singing in that st

world's first singing buffalo adnam sami LOL

Hey Lilly, from where this Pakistan came from :hmmm:

Ok, leave all the politics

Bollywood music is not the only music in India, you guys are missing so much.

i know about the music scene in India a bit, most of the bollywood songs are nothing more than catching hook + a repeated loop, that’s the trend now.

And most of them are copied from Middle east /South Asia /West. But u cant say that everything is copied ( i would say 40 % is copied, remaining original). It isn’t bollywood only, most of the western songs are also copied from some other part of the world (Do u want me to provide proof, cough U2 cough). And i can give you songs that are copied by the pakistani artists too.

And Pakistan music scene is mostly copying the west in style, its soft rock/rock/metal kind of music that was huge in 70s.

P.S: i am a contributor to the Website indexing plagiarized songs in Bollywood music, if you want i can give you the link to the site (thousands of songs), for your enjoyement.

Re: If Bwood music is so popular, why don't some Pak singers start singing in that st

^ Ruzaan/Rayan... who ruled india for thousand years ? ask your forefathers LOL

Re: If Bwood music is so popular, why don't some Pak singers start singing in that st

indian music is chori ka maal

Instead of spouting tripe, why don’t you come up with FACTS. Infact I DARE you to prove any of what I previously said wrong.

Not from blokes like Zaid Hamid that’s fo shoa.

Let’s not even go there. You have, for the sake of posterity, an entire campaign of “distorting history” and events in state education, run by Zia-ul-Haq himself- a guileless pursual of the politics of historiographies and propaganda, almost caricaturizing the ‘inferior, cultic Hindus’ to “match his prejudices”. Ofcourse, these burlesque notions of the two peoples were quickly thrown to the winds with the capture of 93,000 prisoners of war in 1971. Here is BUT a mere sample: Pakistani Textbooks: Politics of Prejudice Sherryx’s Weblog

As for ‘superiority’, let me not get started on how overseas pakis- Brit-Pakiz in particular- consider themselves ‘superior’ to Indians based on the color of their skin. The evidence is available online, in certain cough not-to-be-mentioned-forums cough.

Are you claiming the ‘Taj Mahal’ as yours? ROTFLMAO! So what are you doing about it? This is exactly what I mean by Zia’s legacy- the misplaced notion that you are the “sole continuation” of the Mughal Islamic state in the subcontinent, and that everything Islamic are your appurtenances LOL. And what do you make of the more than 160 million muslims in India- to mention nothing of the 140 million muslims in Bangladesh, the 1.76 million Muslims in Sri Lanka and the 1.4 million muslims in Nepal? We owe you n o t h i n g. And you would do well to remember that.

Modern Indian classical music was further diversified by Indian Muslims, and if you think we should thank you, than thank you, but mind it, you are putting yourself into the "Indian Muslim' bracket.

Re: If Bwood music is so popular, why don't some Pak singers start singing in that st

^ I wonder why indians are allergic to zaid hamid HAHAHHAHAHAH.He has definitely hit them hard. All he does is show you the mirror man..."ASAALAM-O_AALAIKUM YE RADIO PAKISTAN DELHI HAI!!!!!!!YOOOOOOOOOOOOHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

lillyy2k22, Who ruled the subcontinent during the entire Iron Age (1200-1 BCE), and the Middle Kingdoms (1CE- 1279 CE)? Go ask your ancients. Wait you'll have to dig up a heckuva lot of graves (more like grovel for their ashes) for that LOL.

Re: If Bwood music is so popular, why don't some Pak singers start singing in that st

ruzan/rayan one person with multiple ids

Re: If Bwood music is so popular, why don't some Pak singers start singing in that st

Indians are eternal slaves .

“Hit them hard” LOL ROFLMAO :bobo: We quite enjoy his histrionics actually.

All he does is selective-evidence his cockaboo-theories and draw even more frivolous conclusions from an already flimsy premise. Most educated pakistanis I’ve met consider him to be nothing more than a con-artist.

I love his “fight you in Panipat” line :phati: Lovin’ the attention eh Hamid?

Muahahahahaha. The recourse of the desperate. Cast aspersions on others when you can't come up with something INTELLIGENT. If you're so sure, why don't you ask the mods to do an IP resolve lillyy2k222?

LOL you expect me to believe this tripe from a pakistani on the origins of Indian classical music? Especially when you are so quick to claim everything from the ‘Taj Mahal’ to the ‘tambura’ as yours. Why don’t you try disproving anything I said instead of relying on a video expoustulation by someone else?

Re: If Bwood music is so popular, why don’t some Pak singers start singing in that st

Listen to this beautiful music in the voice of zaid Hamid

Keep your distorted history and falsely concocted stories for your media. Nobody is going to buy your crap here. you can try hard to promote your juvenile music industry but I bet you won't have any takers here. infact, not even a single person here has shown interest in indian music but you're still begging them to give it a chance LOL. stop polluitng our forums with your nonsensical posts.

There you go again! Your lies got exposed. Since you don't have any argument to counter him you're crying foul just like indians always do when they're losing!

And who on Gaia's a*se do you think you are? My "distorted history" is about things that relate to ME, MY CULTURE AND MY NATION. Ergo, anything spouted by the likes of you, quick to lay your hands on anything you can grubbily acquire because your own (LOL)LYWOOD industry is bereft of any creativity, any imagination or talent of its own ISN'T WORTH JACK SQUAT. Kapeesh?

Nobody is "begging" you to give our "juvenile music industry" a chance. You sure as hell do not speak for all the members here. The thread exists, and as long as it doesn't break forum rules and the mods have no problem with it, can be visited by WHOSOEVER chooses to. If you have a problem with it, BUZZ OFF and start a forum of your own.

muahahaha. Is that why you alleged Rayan and I were the same person? Tsk tsk! Pithy!
