Mushy did what he could UNDER THE TERMS of the DEAL. he warned BB, provided 20K members of security forces and provided TWO armored vehicles AS requested by BB. he also allowed BB to travel with PPP's JANISAAR FORCE (kinda private and ARMED security force), more then 50 members of thsi JANISAAR Force are among the dead (two of them I personally know,they were among Benazir's Personal guards)
BB's coming back is different from Nawaz sharief's, PP HAD and HAS a strong presense in Sindh's politics and even Zia couldn't do anything about it, the formation of MQM was actually to get rid of PPP in Urban Sindh, but still Rural Sindh is largely belongs to PPP. No matter what Mush had done to stop BB from coming to Karachi, it wasn't enough since JAyalai are NOT like PML (N) workers :p
Wrong my friend, PPP was never very popular in urban Sind....even in ZAB days...rural sind is the main support center of PPP as far as public support is concerned. In Punjab PPP depends on powerful feudals to muster paid workers and supporters...
