bcoz she wanted a grand lavish welcome parade. knowingly putting the lives of thousands at risk tell a lot about her commitment and loyalty towards her own supporters. forget rest of pakistani population. also she wanted to make a statement about how united PPP is. after the bomb, first one to disappear was bezamir bhutto and her cronies. some unity that is :halo:

I think Government should not have allowed her such activity & given her a great protocol ... while on the other hand all the supporters of Nawaz Shareef got caught before his arrival to Pakistan It's was so sad to see the killed & injured people were scattered on the ground

The BBC's Damian Grammaticas in Karachi says Ms Bhutto is clearly attempting to portray herself as a brave fighter for democracy. But he adds that there are bound to be questions about why, if she had been warned of a suicide bomb attack, she authorised such a slow public procession from the airport attended by hundreds of thousands of supporters.

I want to question MQM also why they did not obey the SC orders this time regarding traffic disruptions like they did when Imrajn wanted to visit Karachi>>>
Why the allowed the disruption of normal life in Karachi and allowed BB to play this drama on Karachi streets for so many hours inspite of known dangers to common people lives....
Why didn't MQM asked BB to go to Nishtar park or some other place and make secured arrangements for a shorter more manageable affair.... why these double standards....

That was always known that traffic disturbance was just a BS excuse, they couldn't see someone who took their leader to court coming in their own controlled territory.
