… and if for any reason i cant , then i will tell their ammi abbu and abbu and ammi ,mom ,dad, whoever

An 8 or 9. I would let it slide unless ofcourse it went beyond the comfort level.

Wow, freaky and scary...and little funny too. but i see where you are coming from. the first incident sounds exactly like something i wud do. im very approachable like u and would interact in a conversation. i guess sometimes its very hard to differentiate between genuine friendship motive and a flirt motive until its too late..
^ Exactly... especially if you live in a foreign country. It would be quite easy to recognise the "signs" if I was living in Pakistan.

And that is exactly why i dont tolerate any friendliness from people.. the minute i get a hint I seriously tell them off on their face … when i went to pakistan for my wedding recently, I visited the place i worked at for a bit, some of the guys were like “ao chai piyo” … and I gave them stern looks and said " I hate having tea with people i dont know" !! and then i watched his face go grey 
and another perv , said , ohho CB you are still so thin and smart , look at you … and I immediately said , excuse me, behave yourself will you? .. and he looked so confused!!
you gotta immediately give some tough response back instead of answering politely

Mirch I depends where you are and who is doing it to you.
In a way, I will never play along!!!
But when I use to work at the store. there were older married women who use to come and talk and flirt on regular bases. I knew they did not want to take at any further so I did not mind.
There some women who would drop by on their way home from work get some thing small talk and leave.
There were girls who use to tell me oh “my mum has huge crush on you”
I mean I am talking to them with affection because of thier old age, and in return get some motherly vibes,
And them having crush
But if it is person who is available and looking, I would NEVER EVER play along unless I like them too. Cuz that can put ppl in sticky position and ppl end up getting hurt.

when I first came here, I went with my boss to enrol in computer a collage. The girl/women in charge their said we were late. Then looked into the option. Then she went out for smoke, she ask us to come along.
While taking she goes(in front of my boss) "I can still get you in if you GO out with me" lolzzzzz
