Yes - I think Yasir Arafat should have been given the chance and also he seems a better batsman than Rana.

i 2nd that, new young strikers need to be tried and groomed b4 the wc next year, even tho i dont think theres enough time now
and who'z to say how long asif and akthar are gona stay out, big problems ahead for the pakistan bowling department

Also - if Rana doesn't perform again in this match than he is likely to be replaced in the next game. Therefore, giving someone like Arafat a chance would have given him some match practice etc and time than throwing him in a toughter match against South Africa.
