If its not reported, then the girl was probably lying or she brought it on herself by dressing a certain way, acting a certain way, or being out at a certain time.
and of course this does not have anything to do with culture which teaches that since a woman is the honor of her household, even if she were raped, she should not get out in public because OH THE SHAME.

Solar, So the west has really removed the shackles that had been wound so tight around the women for so long. So if the women can get pissed drunk at a party and get raped by dozens of guys ...its okay, because she has a choice. All I can say is.. every woman whos ever been raped, by frat guys, by her husband, by whoever, they all feel the exact same thing, shame, disgust with herself, fear, mistrust of everyone etc.. Its how they're treated by others, family members, friends, society in general, that varies from culture to culture...
