you need a really good minimizer bra. Make sure to get measured properly so you are wearing the right size, and dont cheap out on a bra. You need something with a lot of support. A great minimizer bra will really help.

@saimab33 , I don’t cheap out on bra’s, most of them I get from VS and spend hours in finding the one which has no push up (cos that makes them look bigger) and not sheer(I don’t feel comfortable in them). But next time I’ll definitely ask for a minimizer bra, I didn’t even knew this kind existed as every one looks for a push up bra lol

Just saw this thread…I have the same issue.

VS is NOT the place for you. I get mine at specific boutiques that design bras for that kind of support so you don’t look bigger than you are. A good bra will make you look smaller, lift and also help your posture which is affected when you have bigger chest. You will have to find a place that specializes in bras and get a minimizer. For support and comfort, the brand Wacoal is great. So is Soma. These bras also last foreverrrr so its a great investment even if your spend the cash.

yah some clothes look better with boobs, some don’t.
I’m not going to get fat so I can get boobs or go under the knife but its just a vain desire.

not saying that I don’t love how I look because I do or that I’m insecure because I’m not. I just think I’ll look better with bigger boobs and I don’t mean melons.

I used to do that but its uncomfortable. It was too tight and suffocating. :(

Really? interesting. I usually hear this argument from the opposite side…that girls wish for smaller chest because it looks better in clothing.

Anyways, the problem with big boobs is that it’s hard to stay modest and still be fashionable/comfortable. its annoying to have to constantly wear tank tops underneath clothes, and and and and..

That exactly it...it gets irritating...you cannot be careless about your dupatta if you're wearing desi clothes. I'd love it if I was smaller.

and I don’t want to to go under the knife for that. Since my teens I have been living with them and some times it becomes so embarrassing. I even had to literally tell some guys to focus on my face while talking

Is their any work out or some natural remedy to decrease the cup size? I workout regularly especially cardio and apparently that does not help

Who are they, are they important, if not, just ignore the whole story. But if they are important then

1 reduce some weight
2 Consult a cosmetic surgeon. Get his advice.
3 Start doing exercise.
4 Start swimming, it will give you a good shape.
5 Stop eating fat, reduce sugar, eat more vitamin C.
6 Drink more water, orange juice ( prepare at home, not commercial brand juice)
7 Reduce stress.

Do all these you will feel a difference.

Exactly that’s the issue, clothes that look classy on others look trashy on me with seemingly plunging neck lines and it seems like that I am trying to hard
