you need a really good minimizer bra. Make sure to get measured properly so you are wearing the right size, and dont cheap out on a bra. You need something with a lot of support. A great minimizer bra will really help.
u need to dress in a way that the focus shifts somewhere else. use dark lipstick or thick eyeliners to keep eyes on ur face. long hair( will shift the focus too. u can use a scarf too esp in winters and a light one in summers. cardigans r a good coverage too. may be losing weight all over solve this issue a bit. and yes a minimizer bra as saimab suggested.
Chipotle, do cardio exercise. That part of the body is made up of fat tissues just like everywhere else. If you want to decrease your size, you will need to exercise which will reduce your overall body fat (including that area).
I just posted in this thread, so I could actually say I posted in such a thread. As for your problem I do not see it as a problem at all. Some women could kill for what you have. Other women get surgery for what you have.
wear oversized tops....and try to reduce overall weight by eating healthy and being active.
Pilates and yoga can also help if done on regular basis...you won't find anyone with significantly big breasts who's been doing these exercises regularly.
Inclines, declines, equally raised presses. Get a hold of a barbell, dumbbells and some free weights. Half an hour, four times a week.
Keep a control on your macros (especially the jalapeno bits) and look to lose weight, especially if the averages outnumber you.
Scale/measure yourself before the start of every week and compare the readings by the end.
Increase intensity if needed.
