Re: I want to make my breasts smaller :$

Yo i think ya should be fine. I don't understand why people suggesting as if ya're over-weight or something like that. Well sure it is good to workout but i would suggest have some sort of scarf or duppatta around chest!

Re: I want to make my breasts smaller :$

That's like slapping god across the face

Re: I want to make my breasts smaller

she went to go buy a minimizer

Re: I want to make my breasts smaller :$

^ lolz, I kind of have a busy schedule so I don't visit this site as much as I want to

Re: I want to make my breasts smaller

@saimab33, I don’t cheap out on bra’s, most of them I get from VS and spend hours in finding the one which has no push up (cos that makes them look bigger) and not sheer(I don’t feel comfortable in them). But next time I’ll definitely ask for a minimizer bra, I didn’t even knew this kind existed as every one looks for a push up bra lol

@Mabrook, I don’t cover my head and I wear a lot of business suits so the scarf/cardigan suggestion is kind of difficult to follow espacially at work :bummer:

Re: I want to make my breasts smaller :$

I work out regularly especially cardio; I run 4 miles 5 days a week and do a lot of body conditioning exercises but not the extreme weight lifts and bench presses as I don't want to look like Arni lolz. I also swim couple of times in a month.

My BMI is Alhamdulilah perfect and my average weight is 128 lb for a height of 5 4" which seems ok as I have a healthy lifestyle. I do have broad shoulder bones though and having full breasts makes me always look fat :'(

Re: I want to make my breasts smaller :$

Your weight and BMI is in the normal range - but what I've learned is that you need to dress right for your body shape. You need to wear clothes that nip in at the waist to emphasize the hourglass shape. Loose clothing sometimes adds to the impression of being heavy when you're not actually heavy. I'm not suggesting tight clothes, but more tailored clothes. The loose flowy kameezes in style are not a great look for top heavy women.

As for losing bust-size - it's not always possible to lose targetted areas - you'll lose weight over-all, but like you said according to your weight - you're in the right ball-park.

I can't speak to minimizer bras, but look for balconet style bras and full coverage bras that have plenty of underwire support - Aubade, Chantelle and Fantasie are some great brands.

Re: I want to make my breasts smaller

if u wear suits a work then a blazer works like a cardigan and i didn’t mean hijab or head scarf but the neck scarf which r so in these days but obviously u can’t wear them with a suit. do u have to wear suits or its out of choice?

Re: I want to make my breasts smaller :$

There is a minimizer bra? Someone in women's personal clothing industry really hates men.

Re: I want to make my breasts smaller :$

I have a similar situation and I'm very self-concious of always having a dupatta on. My mom is to blame for making me self-conscious about them and also that pervert boy in my grade 5 class.

Anyways, I recommend you wear 2 bras while working out which I find really helps. I don't have back problems and I'm grateful for them, ahem, but I find that with proper clothing and being careful of the bras and TYPES of bras you wear, it can make a huge difference and they become a non-issue.

If you feel like it's a HUGE problem for you (guys staring is not a problem if you choose to ignore it btw) then breast reduction is an option but it's even more expensive than breast augmentation so keep that in mind. I have checked because I considered a reduction myself once upon a time a few years ago during my early teen years. But trust me, with the right under garments and even exercise you'll soon realize that you do NOT need them reduced and you may even grow to love them like I did. Oh and disclaimer: I don't mean to sound like I need a guy's approval to make me realize my worth but um, mentioning a idea of reduction to the Mr. once gave him a minor heart attack so I'm sure it'll help you in that department as well. Just embrace 'em, I like to remind myself of all the girls obsessed with getting them bigger and even then they end up looking so hard, fake and unattractive (the fake boobs, I mean). :p

Re: I want to make my breasts smaller

Sorry editing the post, since I didn’t read the whole thread :).

Do that  (but maybe somewhat lighter):

And not these (since you’re already doing them  :)) :

Re: I want to make my breasts smaller :$

I am a management consultant and continuously deal with clients so can't do with out a suit

Re: I want to make my breasts smaller

I got use to them by after so many years living with them but I was just wondering if there are some workout routines to reduce their size a bit so that I can incorporate them in my regular workout.

Also I have that fear that the bigger they are the more they’ll sag in the older age/after having kids and all that. I have seen some older aunties with huge sagging boobs all the way to their stomach and man that’s not a pretty site :bummer:

Re: I want to make my breasts smaller :$

well, are they really as big as you think they are?

i mean with your workout, esp all that running, everything should look proportional =\ i dunno.

Re: I want to make my breasts smaller :$

lol im not even that "blessed" but since im a flat pie they could look too much sometimes. I hated guys' stares/comments ( ya weirdoss!!) so much that started slouching ( and ruined my posture!!).. well I also got rid of all my small size shirts and switched to medium.. as much as I love small necks.. I try to avoid wearing them since they make them things look even bigger.
So, how do u do ur hair? .. Im always trying to cover some part of em with my hair. When u do decide to wear scarves (and that too british style) .. please please please make sure, ur blouse is not too tight , ( um how do I not sound pervy and put it decentlyy ).. " I feeel" scarf tends to split them in half u knoww and make them stand out even more!!
-flowy, over -sized tops are so in these days anyways.. totally loving them...
-blazers/jackets, hoodies help as well..
