Updates : I lost almost 4 kgs, cut on a lot of silly things. Increases my water intake and now gonna concentrate on fruits and veggies + abs :D

There are 2 things that can make your belly look big. one is fat and other is size of your stomach and pait. Fat, you can burn off by exercise but size of stomach and your, errr 'innards' can only be decreased by reducing diet.

How do you measure up to your daily water intake? Even the tap water is so cold, I have to force myself to drink even a glass.

What exercises do you do to lose belly fat? I exercise and end up losing fat where I already dont have much to begin with. So now I am bony at some parts and tons of fat at others.

Eat every 3-4 hours, regular meals keep blood glucose in balance. This is key to weight loss.
