Eat your biggest meal at breakfast (you can eat whatever you want - it doesnt have to be toast an egg or cereal - it can be anything you want to eat), medium sized meal at lunch and small meal at dinner. Also, try not to eat after 7pm, and if you feel that you are really hungry and have to, then just have fruit. This way, you are burning calories all day from the big meal you had at breakfast. Also try to go for a walk at least 30 minutes a day, but if you can, do it longer. Not a slow walk, you have to keep a good steady pace. You should be getting tired, and your heart beat should get faster. Take the stairs whenever you can.
Cut down on sugar wherever you can - if you take 1 spoon in tea, try using half a spoon. If you use full fat milk, try using skim milk. If you eat white bread, try to use whole wheat/whole grain instead. Make sure you are drinking a lot of water throughout the day. Alot of times people think they are hungry, when really they are just thirsty. If you cant drink 8 glasses, aim for at least 5-6. Drink green tea, but dont put sugar in it. Try to make small changes at first, and it will get easier for you.

If you dont wanna do exercise and loose quickly then vegetable juicing is an option. Youtube it…I reduced 10 kgs in 2 months. I also ate 1000 calories a day… apples, carrots, bananas etc.

If you want to loose more quickly… then do 1 hour of walk or cycling in evening or early morning… nothing to be eaten at least 1 hour before you begin.
There’s no such way to loose 20kgs in such short time. I lost 10 kgs in less then 3 months. I m currently 54 kg, which is perfect for me. I started with Atkins diet and 30 mins elliptical a day with 10/15 mins strengths training (started with light weights), 6 days a week.
You should follow these tips to lose your excess weight:
Do exercises daily for at least half hour.
Participate in some sports.
Avoid more fast foods and junk foods.
Eat more fruits and vegetables in your daily diet.
Take green tea daily.

I know someone who lost 26 kg byusng the eggwhite shakes ...and it s 1 year later now and she s still on the same weight as she was when she stopped the shakes ( she used them 3 months...)
The shakes will replace ur breakfast, lunch and dinner....u can eat everyfruit u want in between....it comes in 3 fases...(depends on what brand u use) :)
