i want to lose 20 kg in 2 months..

i know i am being insane but i am sooo fat..my body looks so ugly and after two months its my SIL’s wedding…i don’t know what to do..i am so so so very tensed,daily i think to go on diet and even i do but at the end of the day i lose hope of losing this much and end up eating much much more in tension..OMG i can’t even exercise much,i get exahausted soo quickly..:teary1:..i just can’t do cardio for more than 10 minutes hardly..i know i can’t lose weight and i am gonna look sooo ugly on her wedding :cryb: :cryb:..
i am really feeling soo unhappy and depressed :frowning:

There are no quick fixes. It's a very simple formula: burn more calories than you consume. Bas.

And the reason you get tired after just 10 minutes of cardio is because your body is not used to it. You have to keep at it. Try to keep increasing in small increments. You'll see your endurance build. Your body will adapt to anything in 4-6 weeks, and you will start seeing changes of you are consistent.

i lose couple of Kgs in few weeks , jst do exercise n stop eating junk food n cold drink ... how much is ur weight rgt now ... ?

thats not a wrong reason.one has every right to look good on special occasions.i even don't feel like making new clothes coz i suppose i am not gonna look good anyways :(

i wasn't talking about the 'right to lose weight' ... what i meant to say is that your reasons to lose or my reasons must be health related...because it has adverse effects on your body and well-being. If you try to lose weight for occasions then when that particular occasion is over, you will tend to regain weight and wait for the next occasion to restart the process to lose weight one more time. you need something that is long lasting and perhaps permanent.

You were just given tips. Decrease your caloric intake. Cut out junk food, fried foods, and sugary sodas. Eat more protein (skinless chicken, fish) and vegetables that are steamed, grilled or baked. Cut back on simple carbs like rice and roti, try to consume those more in the day than night. Have your last meal at least 2 hours before you go to sleep at night, so that you're not falling to sleep before your meal is properly digested. And you MUST exercise!!! Even if it's only a 10 minute walk. Slowly build up your endurance to 15..than...20...than 30. Youtube has a gazillion workout videos for all fitness levels.

I think you know exactly what you need to be doing and how to do it. Moaning and groaning here is not going to do anything for you. You have to get up off your butt and move.

I don't mean to sound mean or harsh, but it sounds like you are sabotagging yourself. The first few weeks are the hardest, but once you really commit, you will be amazed at how good you feel. And if you don't control your health now, it will be a lot harder/virtually impossible to do it once you have kids.

Working out has never been me either. Instead I go for walks, even if its just for 15 mins. I try to walk around the house if I cant go out.

And cut out the junk. It makes such a difference. I've just started properly again after this Ramadan and I'm already down 2,5 kg. Probably just water or whatever, but it feels good to see the scale moving the right way.

I've cut down on sugary stuff, junk, potatoes, roti, pasta, white bread etc. and especially soda!
