…very very very busy so that i dun have a single sec to think about my past..the memories of past keep haunting me and they don’t let me do anything..Although i work in an office but that is all the desk work and it does not help me forget my past for a single moment..i dun feel like working there at all..please tell me how should i get myself veryyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy busy so that i have no time to be sad…Plz i need sincere and solid advice..

It will take time. You don't have a switch to forget them or remember them. You can never forget your memories. Although you have to be strong to move on and omit them while thinking of something that is more valuable to you.

Erm at the moment? advice.... hmmm. Try not to think about the matter at hand. I know its difficult. Even a few hours a way. Whatever the issue is - you could talk about it. Could feel lighter. With friends/family.
Someone you trust. I always try to talk to Allah thallah in bed. It depends what your situation is. Or the problem. I watch movies, I try to pray etc. I stay away from negative situations. And I try to stay away from topics leading to arguements etc.
Mainly cos my main problem is with my parents and choice of marriage partner.
Time is a huge healer. And I am unsure of my future/life.
It is deperessing when you have no control over who you are - you kind of stop - life grinds to a halt. But I think you need take a day at time. Find happiness in small things. Jokes and stuff. And little musings. Family tales.
At the end day - if something is meant be yours it will be. No matter what happens. And if something is not meant to be yours.
Then although it is hard to give up and admit defeat there must be a good reason it is not meant be yours.
I am trying to accept the above. Trying my hardest.
