I want long Hair :-(

Ever since I have been taking vitamin supplements, my hair and nails have been growing at a much faster rate. I take this supplement called Epivite by stiefel. I doubt this brand is availble outside of Pakistan so try to get something like Centrum that has everything. Make sure it contains all the vitamins plus minerals like selenium, zinc, biotin too.

Dont mind me asking, are u putting on weight with it as well? or any side effects?
