lol sonia, some people do get them real bad. When i first started, i had such bad cramps that i could not sit, stand or lie down. My lower back, my legs, my tummy, everything ached like crazy. And i truly did feel like i was gonna die :( Imagine being not even a teenager and going through it all. And on top of that my Ammi wouldnt let me go near any pain killers. It was supposed to get better on its own. Yep, i suffered through the hell of it for atleast a few years before the backache and achy legs disappeared.
