I have horrible cramps, to the point where i cant even walk straight. I remember reading threads(now i cant go back and search for them) about taking a warm bath, hot packs and all but what if its THIS bad, should I go see a doc? I cant in this much pain though, i cant SIT there and wait for like an hour to see her, only for her to give me a stupid pain killer, what do i do
P.S. I have tried teh warm milk and the heating pad already
Take midol along with a nap. It happens! Some months are worst than the others. Just take it easy and get your rear off GS. It will definitely help:D:o
It will probably pass. A few weeks ago, I had the worst cramps I have ever had in my entire life. I felt like I was gonna die and it started when I was driving on the highway ... so I was screaming in the car, crying, while trying to get home safely. :(
It passed though. 45 minutes later I was relatively o.k. but I was feeling queasy the entire evening. The next day I was fine.
Take some advil and just rest. If it gets really bad, go to the emergency.
The worst part, I am home with my dad and two brothers, how do I explain to them whats wrong with me I have to give em food too like every 20 mins sigh and then people wonder why i hate men
^^ it is the surge in your hormones that causes the nausea. It just depends on how thick of a uterine lining you developed for the month and that is why it is painful when it is shedding. Nothing to worry!! But if you are having painful cramps every month than you should definitely consult your obgyn.
Barfee: just tell them you are not feeling well. They will understand. Tell your brothers to get food for themselves and your dad. Be a bit stubborn about it!
Barfee, just tell them you have cramps. It’s nothing to be ashamed of. Tell them to look after you this evening. Also, sitting down can make it worse cause of the pressure … go lie down
I don't think pcos has anything to do with painful cramps. With pcos you just develop too many immature follicles which don't get release every month. But, like i said if the cramps are not a regular monthly thing than don't worry otherwise talk to your talk.
you know barfee start working out even during your periods.
I usually go and spend an hour at the gym - even during pms time. I use to get terrible cramps and horrible mood swings. Now its just mood swings my cramps are pretty good. I don't take any advil - before i started to work out i use to get horrible pain that 2 tablets were must everyday.
Shukar hai things are better now.
pata nahe yeh sarey masle hamare sath hi kiyo nahe hote... in mardo ko bhi kuch hona chahaye...
Barfee, you are such a kanjuice, you wont die to save a khana, tauba tauba. Hum fazool mae poori raat inna lillah, inna lillah paRh ker tumhari rooh ko sawab pohnchatae rahe.
