my diet plan is fine... i dont starve bt eat sensibily acc to need...;)

i do walk ( bt in case rain we cant go some days...i dont hv a treadmill.cant go to gym...
i do some exercises also.#

I want to go out and eat lunch with my coworkers but even if I ate a salad there were pieces of yummy cheese and I lost myself to temptation and ate the pieces instead of putting them on the side. :(
Hot cocoa after I got home from work because I was feeling like crap. Today at work was a tough day and I picked up my daughter late from school because I got so involved at work at testing network jacks.

well , you have to collect knowledge for your diet plan , we call it ''diet" but its actually eating healthy , i bought a scale and weigh everything i put in my mouth , and write in my fitness pal app , so this way it tells me that how much calories i have taken ,
thats better… should have a hearty lunch or breakfast… bhhot kam tha wo..first routine toh..
i have a morning green tea with lemon ..later oats
then a lunch of 150 gm curd, vegetables, chapati, salad.
evening.. another green tea..no lemon.. munch on anything I can find…and
Dal roti at night(by 7:00)..
coffee around ten in winters..
And.. water 1 Litre for every four hours..
Excercise(Everything for fun):
morning.. half hr. cycling, then skate around..
never use lifts at the office…
evening swimming (40 mins.)..
and then a night time stroll with my sister.. to 2 kms. far juice shop..
and It never flicks more then 48 kgs.
and ..yes… occasional.. dhoti and rajasthani dance with sister..
yes.. that works.. I dont have that much strength..so I dont do it.. but a friend if mine lost 17 kgs.. she used to be 69.. but wont look like bipasha at all.. will loose fat all over..she got even a bad version of keira knightley..
