OP I’m not exactly a big fitness know how but I’ll try give you advice.

How long do you want till you lose 5kg?

I say aim for losing 1lb a week.

Here’s what you do, try limit your carbohydrate.

-Breakfast Porridge
-Lunch try low carb meal with protein
-Dinner fish etc, look up diets online

and have green tea in the morning, it’s seriously good.

Next you do this.

-Do HIIT cardio, it’s much more effective, easier, but also indurance and a better way to lose weight and you’ll only need to do it 3x times a week

So it goes like this

Jog for 1 minute, then Run as fast as you can for 1 minute, then slow down and jog again for 1 minute, then run again as fast as you can for one minute, do this for around 15-20 minutes and you’ll make it. Normal cardio is useless imo, and if you eat a chocolate bar etc, it’ll take anything from 30mins-1hr to burn it off.

That being said diet is the most important thing so watch it.

Like I said I’m not the biggest fitness guy, but any questions I’ll try to help

if you’re male try lifting, burns a lot of fat to.

And here’s some tips:

-Try taking progress pictures every week
-Drink Green Tea every morning
-Try limit your fatty food and carbs intake, but not to much, find a balance
-Try an online calorie calculator

So for example if it tells you to eat 2000 calories a day to maintain weight, then try take 400 calories a day off, so you’ll instead eat 1600 calories
(to measure your caloric intake try using myfitnesspal you can download it on your smartphone or use it online)

-if you’re feeling hungry, try eating cucumber, tomato etc, they are empty calorie food and fill you up pretty quick.

But my most important advice for you is diet

Anyways if anything is a bit complicated etc, just ask and I’ll try best to explain it, I found it complicated my self when i started, so I know the struggle, but I’m not the biggest fitness guru so dont take everything from my literally

After work. My gym's about 2 minutes away from work. Zumba dance gives me my dance fix. I love dance and treadmill I do right before the dance class starts so I lose about....I think it said 296 calories.

@Dragon90 thanks for your advice and tips etc. I want to lose lower body and thighs, what woukd be best for that?

Aim is to lose weight 10kg minimum, started diet with lemon water first in the morning and then banana for breakfast or weetabix and salad for lunch and dinner and fruits maybe 2 and green tea 3 times a day also 40 mins walk, what do you think about that?

which flour do you guyz use please tell me , i have lost 6lbs in 15 days , i know most of that was water weight but still , i do cardio HIIT 6xweek and from tommorrow ill strart lifting , i dont like porridge , just wanted to know which flour to use please do help me

my best advice is to download app called myfitnesspal its the best thing you will ever do to your weight loss , it tells about how much claories a dish or an eatable contain

Like I said I’m not the biggest fitness guru but gsas is right, download myfitnesspal, it’s a very good app, first of all i suggest that you find out your caloric maintanance level (how many calories you should eat to maintain weight) and then try eat 400 calories less.

So for example, you need to eat 2000 calories to maintain a weight of 70kgs, try eat 400 less so you eat 1600 calories. also your diet sounds very good, try limiting your carbohydrate intake but not to much otherwise you would feel energised.

In terms of walking, it is healthy, but it’s not a quick way to lose weight in my opinion.

If you want to lose weight in your lower body and lower thighs, then start running, and I mean HIIT (high intensity) cardio, join a gym and use a treadmill or go outside it’s free and start running, in my opinion running is the best way to lose fat, particularly in the lower body.

HIIT Cardio is a cycle for 15 - 20 minutes and you only need to do it 3x a week

1 minute jog, 1 minute pushing your self and hard you can to run (dont need to go insane speed, just go the hardest you can) then rest with a jog, then push your self again, repeat for 15 minutes.

Other then that your diet is fine, it’s nice and healthy, just suggest you start running!!

And don’t be too high in expectation, remember losing fat takes a bit of time, to lose 10kg, I’d say would take around 22weeks, but if you’re strict about your diet and lifestyle then the time will by and the time of losing fat will be shorter, also you’ll be healthier.

Havent read all the posts but to the OP and all those wish to lose more weight in a short time, just skip the breakfast. Only take fluids in the morning like healthy smoothies or fresh fruit juices with tea/coffee. If you cant do with only fluid in breakfast then take only a cracker or biscuit with tea. Or 1-2 bites of plain bread/roti. But if you dont eat any solids in breakfast, that helps lose weight very fast. But those with deficiency of any vitamins may become irritable (Maybe due to low sugar levels) with no morning meals so only do this if you and the people around you can manage with the irritability factor :D

High intensity interval training , means you dont have to be a lame person to run on a treadmill for hours or and hour , just push yourself to the highest for a minute then slow for 30 sec or minute , do it for 30 minutes , I am also loosing weight so it will be good to keep updating to this thread

Yeah, I made good progress in weeks when I was at the gym, but I quit to focus on my exams.

For a few months I was losing 0.5kg a week on average. Didn't feel hungry, but what changed was that I was having breakfast really late (like 10-10.30) and having dinner early (about 7-7.30) and eating nothing else after dinner. I didn't snack, drank a lot more tea and walked a lot more. You should give that a shot.

Wow. How dat possible. Wouldn’t is depend on density and volume of the stone? How can a small stone - a pebble - weigh the same as a large one - a boulder?
