i need to lose 5 kgs

here is what iam doing…

breakfast. 2 slices brawn bread omelate. ( 8.30 am

lunch… salad ( 1 am)

dinner medium size roti with salan ( 8 pm)

water …try to drink 8 glasses,

walk in morning. 30 mins

walk in after noon 20 mins
exercise ( for legs, arms, hips, belly) every other day, ( trying to do it regularly) and qehwa( ONCE A DAY)( GREEN TEA / MINT/ CINNAMON

already lost 3 kgs want to lose 5 kgs more.

suggest some more WHICH WILL HELP ME LOOSE WEIGHT

Have one grapefruit before dinner.
Drink warm water with honey and lemon before breakfast.

don't do a single thing more.
Try to keep your self happy while doing it, so you dont give up.

Stop when you lose weight you wanted to lose.

Grapefruit helps with weight loss. If you don't want to do it, then don't.
One tablespoon honey and two tablespoon lemon juice in warm water around 30 min before breakfast.

Increase your workout intensity in one of these sessions. Like walk briskly (at more pace than before) and cover more distance in the same time. If you can use cycle then use it on some days. On weekends or free days, extend your workout to twice or thrice the normal duration.

Avoid any type of sugar.

Cut down dinner, bring it to minimum possible.

Lime juice (fresh squeezed, don't use the "from concentrate" crap) warm water before freakfast, do not skip this. Make sure its good 20-24ounces, not 8ounces.

Adding honey to the lemon/lime water will slow the process.

get rid of all processed foods, breads, roti/naan in your diet.

colon cleanse. ;)

I can only do 5 pounds not 5 kg

breakfast cinnamon raisin bread 1 slice
lunch 1 bean and cheese burrito because I had to have a work lunch with colleagues and they ate at a mexican restaurant. I couldn't help it and there is nothing healthy in a Mexican restaurant except salsa which i nibbled on after the burrito. I think that's about 350 calories and 9 grams of fat.
coffee and a small snack
dinner, Ramen noodles

I'm exercising for twice as long tomorrow right after work because it's another work lunch and everybody eats a slice of pizza and I can't resist

I ate salmon and salad for lunch

I did treadmill for 35 minutes and I'm doing zumba dance for 1 hour and I think we lose like 900 calories...woohooo!

I haven't checked my weight but please keep updating it so we don't lose hope.
