Increase your workout intensity in one of these sessions. Like walk briskly (at more pace than before) and cover more distance in the same time. If you can use cycle then use it on some days. On weekends or free days, extend your workout to twice or thrice the normal duration.
Lime juice (fresh squeezed, don't use the "from concentrate" crap) warm water before freakfast, do not skip this. Make sure its good 20-24ounces, not 8ounces.
Adding honey to the lemon/lime water will slow the process.
get rid of all processed foods, breads, roti/naan in your diet.

lunch 1 bean and cheese burrito because I had to have a work lunch with colleagues and they ate at a mexican restaurant. I couldn't help it and there is nothing healthy in a Mexican restaurant except salsa which i nibbled on after the burrito. I think that's about 350 calories and 9 grams of fat.

I'm exercising for twice as long tomorrow right after work because it's another work lunch and everybody eats a slice of pizza and I can't resist
