Like I said I’m not the biggest fitness guru but gsas is right, download myfitnesspal, it’s a very good app, first of all i suggest that you find out your caloric maintanance level (how many calories you should eat to maintain weight) and then try eat 400 calories less.

So for example, you need to eat 2000 calories to maintain a weight of 70kgs, try eat 400 less so you eat 1600 calories. also your diet sounds very good, try limiting your carbohydrate intake but not to much otherwise you would feel energised.

In terms of walking, it is healthy, but it’s not a quick way to lose weight in my opinion.

If you want to lose weight in your lower body and lower thighs, then start running, and I mean HIIT (high intensity) cardio, join a gym and use a treadmill or go outside it’s free and start running, in my opinion running is the best way to lose fat, particularly in the lower body.

HIIT Cardio is a cycle for 15 - 20 minutes and you only need to do it 3x a week

1 minute jog, 1 minute pushing your self and hard you can to run (dont need to go insane speed, just go the hardest you can) then rest with a jog, then push your self again, repeat for 15 minutes.

Other then that your diet is fine, it’s nice and healthy, just suggest you start running!!

And don’t be too high in expectation, remember losing fat takes a bit of time, to lose 10kg, I’d say would take around 22weeks, but if you’re strict about your diet and lifestyle then the time will by and the time of losing fat will be shorter, also you’ll be healthier.
