On a serious note , I know of some male cousins of mine who used to crank call other men pretending to be girls and in love with them. I hope he was messing around with them. He needs to explain this all to you and your family and his family . If he comes out of the closet that is good , if not you could tell if he was lying about his sexuality when you bring this skeleton out of the closet and on the breakfast table.
