Apparently Evil is 4’8 tall and weighs 200lbs. Is she fat or is she fat…I need some sound advice for her so that she can lose some weight…otherwise she will just squash her poor husband to death…Evil and Danny share the same genes as they are siblings…so its not surprising that both of them are overweight.:slight_smile:

evil....try drinking lemon water in the mornings before work/uni etc. supposed to be really good for you, and apparently acts as an appetite suppresant!

they are twins....not identical obviously:) ....Danny is about 30 minutes older:)

hmmm....well the best thing to do is to refrain from eating junk food/fast food...i.e chips, choclate, coke etc. Secondly eat atleast 5 times a day but eat healthy and in small portions. ummm oh and do atleast 30 mins of cardio everyday. Keep in mind though cardio workout alone wont help lose weight...resistance training is very impt as well. Resistance training doesnt necessarily mean going to the weight room and pumping iron...Walking lunges, doing ploymetrics are a form of resistance training.
