Uncle falker has his own weird style of humour just ignore him...can you tell me whats the best cardio exercise there is....I want to push myself to the limit.

ummm...well running is the best. But if ya dont like running then i'd suggest speed walking. Other than that you can try skipping, boxing, spinning (we have special bikes we use for spin classes...I believe they are by Tomahawks). If you've never tried spin...I suggest you do so...you'll get an amazing workout.

I used to do jogging in the park...buts its too hot now...so I use an exercise cycle at gym and do hill climb...is that as good as jogging?:)

well whatever gets ur heart rate upto your max...is good for you. =) If you get a good workout cycling and hill climbing then that's great. =)

well its not hill climbing...its cycling...and you select hill climb as a programme and the resistance increases and its feels like you are cycling up a hill.

ohhhh...my bad! I wouldnt really trust the machines...But if you feel your heart is racing while you're performing the climb then it's alrite.

i dont know if you knew this but some gyms actually 'tweak' the calorie counter...so sometimes it tells you more than what you're actually burning.

ohhh.....maybe I should start jogging again...as soon as it gets a bit cooler...Ok the cycle machine might not be same as running but it does i think strengthen your leg muscles....not too sure about the cardio...better than nothing but not as good as running.

yup...jogging works ur entire body and the bike is specific to ur leg muscles.

you can try skipping indoors. At our gym they have this studio wheren ppl can go and do their own workout..i.e skip, step, sculpt.

I can skip...but it is nuisance starting again after a few minutes because your rhythm is not in sync. I just need to prepare myself for about 10 minutes of aggressive fighting for Judo competition for each opponent...normally its about 5 minutes but sometimes it can go on for a bit longer.....therefore I want to do cardio excercises.
