^I think what she means is that some men will be deterred from approaching her because they'd fear confrontation with her husband...which is what the ring represents. And some might indeed be deterred. However, others might feel more encouraged as a ring can also mean no need for a commitment so "less work" in that sense.

Only those looking for commitment will be filtered out. But how many are they out of all those approaching you (approximate percent) ? Whats your idea on this one ? :) Lets see how you can read eyes and how much you know men.
I think ring will help me just avoid men in general meaning that they won't hit on me, look at me with potential dating partner, or fall in love with me.. LOL. In shaa Allah, it will be in my hand very soon :) ... Ring represents that you have found your perfect partner so don't bother her/him. :)

I have had men falling in love (cousins, brother's friend, and classmates) with me without my knowledge so I think the ring will save me trouble in that aspect too. I did told everyone that I am not interested... It will be hard to believe but few of these men still had hopes. Since my man has been finalized now so therefore ring can save me from trouble.

Some of the Paki men are weird in that sense... They fall in love in family weddings! Some of these men has big beards which really stroke me but it was very hard to hurt people and reject them.

I don't think a ring will necessarily help if you're really as gorgeous as you're trying to come off. It makes no difference to a man who thinks he's probably better than what you've got. A ring is nothing more than a challenge.
Have you considered surgery? That will definitely help.
