So i have a stalker, he was a guy i met 7 years ago online. he claimed to be a celebrities son.. someone i really admired. so we got into talking, he was very charming.. i was barely 15-16 at that time. then he proposed, and talked to my mother. so i talked to him on phone and met him two times without my mothers knowlodge. my mother met him once as well and he acted very polite. however, after almost 2 years i found out that he had lied to me about everything like his name, his family, his education, address.. (we lived in different cities)
so upon finding out the truth, obviously 2 years were all a lie. i left him and he started to black mail my family that how can i leave him after promising him marriage. he said he would shoot me and all.. and he misbehaved with my mom and my dad.. he came to my house, my dad told him to go to hell. he tried to make a scene but went back obviously but didnt back off called a few times and stopped… that month was the worse month of my life and it has been 5 years to that..
and last year he found me on facebook and contacted me.. i blocked him..
now i have a page on facebook.. today he liked the page and asked who the owners were.. i immediately found out who he was and banned him.
now tell me, what do i do? it was a silly relationship. now im getting married in a year. what do i do? hes obviously crazy.. why would a normal person hang over a girl he met over net? people even get divorced.
Note: i made a fake acc and added him, hes working and is engaged too.
Are you in the US/Canada/Europe? You can get a restraining order against him and he won't be able to contact you even online. As for creating the fake account, cut ALL contact with him in any way, fake account or not. You found out what you needed to. Also, is there any way you could minimize your online presence? Like, close your FB page, don't use a picture on your FB profile so he cannot contact you. Basically, do everything you can to avoid him finding you.
You said you're getting married in a year. You probably should make your soon-to-be husband aware of what's going on, so he's prepared for it...I'd hate to find out after a marriage that my husband's stalker is threatening identity theft/murder/kidnapping etc.

you dont stalk a stalker. That is the rule.
As someone said, tell your hubby about him, and threaten the guy that you will tell his fiance if he does not stop following you. You did nothing wrong to hide it from your hubby.

No im not there so i cant take a restraining order, in pakistan involving police makes everything very ugly. yes ill deactivate my acc. i already removed all my pictures and stuff. thank you so much for a logical comment. :)
agreed, but it was for a hint in his life. what hes plotting. and i never use that acc. i checked it today just cause he appeared outta no where.
My fiance knows about him. and i dont want to talk to that freaky weird guy, cause his facebook says hes engaged, who knowwws? he made so many stories for me.. he changed his name for Gods sake. so it can easily be a fiance for the world. his imagination or whatever.

I am glad that your fiance knows about this. As long as he knows, dont worry too much. As you said, this whole thing happened 5 years ago, till he found you again.
BTW, why did he accept the invitation from you through your fake account? No one accepts invitations by total strangers. Did he know that its you using a fake name?
