I have got a recipe for a diet soup. If you have this soup for three days and nothing else (except water/tea/fruit etc) it will help you lose some kg's fast. I have to search for it, I'll post it later. It's in Dutch...but I think that won't be a problem...

^I don't want to be 'skinny' Just lose a few kg's (for a 'special' occasion)

I suggest you should eat healthy for the next 20 days (no junk food, chocolates etc at all), work out (very important, you won't be able to lose weight without working out) and then try the soup-diet the last 3 days to loose just those extra kg's !

Working out suggestion is recommended. U can try Aitkins diet as well. It works wonders.

What occasion?

It's not healthy. As soon as you start eating properly, even if you don't eat junk, that weight is gonna come back like crazy. You're not fat so why bother?

For 25 Days.. Ok here goes try it....

Cut your carbs out....not completely but by at least 60%

Eat a lot of lean meat which is high in protien

Things like egg whites for breakfast and grilled chicken for lunch

Dont eat thing containing white bleached flour..eat brown fibred stuff

Eat lots of vegetables and fruit

Run every morning for 20 minutes, build it up as you increase your persistance, the more you run the more body fat you will lose. Try and wear lots of clothing while you run

(eg boxers wear black polethene bags underneath clothes to make them sweat so they lose body fat quickly before a fight)

Do at least 50 sit ups a day, they flatten and tone your stomach to make you look even slimmer

If you want to speed things up even more xenadrine is meant to help burn body fat, www.xenadrine.com and does not contain efadrine which was meant to be a health risk

Lastly don't crash diet because you will only end up putting the same wieght back on...why not change ur eating habits and change your shape forever. Just dont eat fatty fried foods and sugary things like coke because they are full of carbs. Try and opt for grilled things rather than fried and eat lots and lots of salad with all your meals. Remember to drink at least 8 glasses of water a day as it speeds your metabolism up and try to excercise in the morning when your energy levels are at their highest.

That doesn't make you lose any fat, just water and it's actually dangerous as you can end up seriously dehydrated.

I think that if you try any of these crash diets, you will probably lose the weight but run a greater risk of gaining the weight back (sometimes more of it) quite quickly.

Maybe you should start slowly if you want to cut down your carb and calorie intake. I would suggest exercising, like the treadmill, swimming, or something like that which will work your whole body and where you will actually see good results. Don't give up eating though or anything like that.

I hope you haven't been sucked into the whole numbers game; meaning weighing yourself to see how much you have lost or gained. I've been there before and believe me, it is very unhealthy.

Let us know what route you end up taking and whether it works or not.
