Good point. Why don't you get your news online eh? Read it before he even wakes up. And then tell him everything before he sits down to read it.....spoil it for him the way one would spoil a good book or a good movie by revealing the ending. Muawhahaha!

Naabigh: I agree but I read mine on the couch while the morning news are turned on. With something hot to drink.It's the way my morning works or else it's metaphorically similar to waking up on the wrong side of the bed.

Well it used be like a 20-30% probability of me getting it before him....now it's down to naught...I don't know if it's ramadan or what :(

on a serious note, why *why *annoyance with your dad over a newspaper. Why can't you just let him read it in peace and you get one whilst going at work. It's not like he's messed up with your ipad or something and you obviously can't afford a new one yet ..but umm NEWSPAPER?

Sorry if I sound shallow but I feel super-pissed when my dad gets the paper fresh off the driveway before I do and I can't touch the paper for the rest of the day. I refuse it when he offers it to me after he's through with it coz I can't stand reading a second-hand paper. My dad is sensing it I guess and it's a strain on our relationship. What to do? Do I have issues or do I just tell him straight up that look you can't get it all the time before I do?
Your dad needs to give you a good chitrol.

i was also addicted to morning news paper. even if i was in the middle of any news and my elder brother waked up, i passed it to him anyway.
