As long as child is raised with Islamic foundation, why does it matter if he/she is raised in west or east. And if child is raised without Islamic foundation then its a disaster, no matter where he/she is raised.

We live in USA but my both daughters (8 and 5 yrs old) go to masjid school with their mother (who is the teacher and administrator of girls quran school). They are learning quran with beautiful tajweed and correct me often (mind it that I was born and raised in Pakistan). So here you go, an example between my kids and I that how you are raised is more important than where you are raised.
