I respect your boss for not giving you any favourable signals you could act on. From what you have said you are waiting for the right moment to make a move on him.
What exactly do you want from your boss, for him to fall in love with you and divorce his wife? or to fall in love with you and have fun times secretly behind your partners backs? Or you know this is just a crush and it will pass?
If you can answer these questions you will know what you want to do.
