I don’t know if it’s still covered or not, in UK the phones normally comes with 12 months warranty and sadly that warranty is expired now because as i said earlier i got this phone like a year ago, i think 13 months but i only started using it 6 months ago…
I don’t think the company will replace it but i will still try my luck next, hope they do something about it…

If i was you i'd ring 3 and see what they can do for u, did you have an 18month contract?? you're in month 13, so they are likely to offer you an upgrade, because at the end of the day they dont wanna lose a customer, and they would've started hounding you with upgrades in a few months anyway, ring them and see what they say.

Yeah it is 18 months contract and i am still paying for it…
I tell you what 3g customer service sucks big time ! Tried it before, they take 10hrs to answer a call and than 20 hrs to understand customer problem…
But i will still call them again tomorrow and see what they can offer me!

Anything that i like i jus buy it regardless of how much it cost!.......And i am not crying because it died, the only reason why i am moaning is because i don't have any other phone to use right now!
And another i am pissd is because of is 3g, they freakin dont care about their customer, their customer service is totally bakwaas!.......
I am jus sad because i loved this phone and all the videos/music/pictures were saved on phone memory.....all lost now :( I can surely get a new phone but i wont be able retrieve these stuff bk!

The probelm wiv me was that i got this phone the 1st week it came out!..i simply loved it…hence i paid more for it because on that time the phone was rocking the market!..

You should have been making yourself more clear by saying you paid £600 for the fone INCLUDING the line rental for 18 months 
I m not sure about the cash back thing, All I know he pays 35 quids monthly
