It is beyond my WILDEST imaginations how a Train could be going through residential subarbs at full speed, with no restrictions on movement around the track… These Morons will never learn

Inna lilahay wa inna ilahay rajiyoun

im sorry but u cant blame only the train system/conductor…

where in the hell were the parents!!!

i dont get why parents let their kids run around without any adult supervision!! especially in an area where there is train tracks or a lake, well etc.

Re: I cant believe it ...

I believe it is first the fault of the state regulators for not having (or enforcing) stricter laws to ensure the safety of people.

Then, it is secondly the fault of the parents/guardians for not watching over their kids. It's so sad that they had to learn this the hard way. :(

Re: I cant believe it ...

phati....unfortunately in pakistan there are no regulations to ensure the safety of people...for anything!

Re: I cant believe it …

AE that’s common. Train tracks are just the playgrounds for a lot of kids who live near them. No one gives a second thought, though they do tell their kids that be careful of the tracks, and then they proceed to do their own thing. Heck, it’s an adventure to see how many times you can cross over the tracks before you hear the train coming.

Oh and i have yet to see a train that slows down in residential areas

But it’s a tragedy nonetheless. May Allah bring peace to their parents and family members.

Re: I cant believe it …

yea but it shouldnt be common…dont parents care about the safety of their children? :bummer:

i know for a fact that i wouldnt let my 8 yr old go any where by themselves without adult supervision.

Re: I cant believe it ...

agreed... I myself used to go to tracks and put coins on it to make them flat back in those summer vacations days when we used to spend them at our Naani's place. It used to be fun except that we always had a sensible elder cousin with us who used to take care of us.

May Allah give rest to the souls of those children and give sabr to the parents. aameen
