Standard operating procedures have to be written for trains passing through residential areas,
If possible, the living quarters should be relocated away from the tracks
Train Speed has to be reduced while passing through these sections
There should be an audible signal - beeping or horn, something like that
Tracks passing through residential area should be fenced
For Parents:
Kids should never be allowed to play near train tracks
Supervision should be mandatory
A fine can also be considered if kids are found playing alone without supervision
