All i have to say is.
Nabi-e-kareem (sallallah hu walaihi wasallam) ki shaan mein gustakhi kerney wala is wajibul Qatal in islam. The law is implemented in various Muslim countries. Fatwa on the matter could be collected from any authentic Scholar. Diffrence in opinion is a diffrent thing & making a joke, tanz, gustakhi is diffrent.
I agree with Johny brother...... banning on GS will be the least punishment such a person can get !!

I am just curious. Are you suggesting that banning is the "least punishment", meaning, the Admin of GUPSHUP should actually go ahead and file a police complaint or something?

Well if somebody can get banned because of a petty issue such as not posting a image but rather its link, I would say banning someonewhose posts totally deride Islam and its prophet may not be such a far-fetched idea....

agreed too!i just want the person(who have said all that stuff)must b banned at n e cost! at n e cost at n e cost!
We will do just that. In addition to that, we will also ban whoever starts, meaning provokes others to insult Islam or any other religion / religious figure / script etc.
We might even decide to ban all nicks of the offending user.

I think my english is very poor. What I mean to say is that at least the Admin of GS can do whatever is within their jurisdiction and authorities. Ofcourse, we cant ask the ADMIN to file any complaint against any one in a Police Station....

Saba, thank you...It is about time....
What bothers me a bit is that how come the GS administration does not any show any alacrity when dealing with this issue....It feels as if they are almost being forced to take such corrective actions...when instead GS admin should have censured these guppies long before any one of us would have been forced to raise our voices...
