Chances are hes not even looking or thinking about u in that way. Also even if you and the guy get involved.. Chances are his wife will think you were a reason for him leaving.. This is a commonly known fact in Muslims. It s as clear as the fact the you need go pray 5 times a day. Why do you think he didn't give her all 3 talaqs at once? He was probably advised by elders to think this through.
You have to remove yourself from this mess. If you're meant to be together, then wait for his decision to be complete. Meanwhile, distract yourself with worthy goals.

PakiQueen, forget about the Islamic definition of divorce/boundaries and all that, even ethically it’s not right to try to make place in a man’s life when he is not out of the relationship with another woman (especially one who happens to be your friend).
If I were you, I would make sure (not just try) to cut off all contact. No call, no shoulder, no dinners. If you get involved, chances are that you won’t get a good deal either.

princess jojo. :(. Reason i was asking is may be may be their divorce was full. Up until now in other words they are not legally and islamically divorced fully. I can't cut ties with him he works in a same company as me but different department. :(
