Do you know Java, I took back the question as I am suppose to do my assignment without anyone’s help, I did almost 90% of the assignment and well now i am stuck.
its about hashtable class and how to prevents losing data that have two same keys but different value.
the answer is in the borland help somewhere, i am thinking maybe its prevented by mapping.

Re: I am stuck :(
I will after I get my assignment back in 2 weeks. I don't really know if I had the right answer.
Yes like 3 years ago and I can tell you that you’re much better off wasting your time in C++ and if you don’t like C++, then embrace Microsoft. ![]()
Re: I am stuck :(
okkkkay and which certification in Microsoft ?
Re: I am stuck :(
Start with MCAD and then move into whatever direction you want to take i.e. MCDBA or MCSD, ideally go for MCSD. I have seen people starting with MCDST and then moving into MCAD but thats just a waste of money. If you want the course detail, let me know.

Yes please, do give me, what about UNIX .. I think I have the option of learning that in my work, next year is the plan.

Unix/Linux have their own worlds and it takes time to do things the Unix way. Unless you plan on doing Web Development, you don't really need to know Unix. The world of Microsoft will shield you from Unix/Linux. I'll post the course detail in awhile.
P.s. Do you know how to download torrents?

Re: I am stuck ![]()
**Ok so here’s the thing,
First off, you have two options C# or Visual Basic. [Let say: C#]
- Secondly, you have to choose between Application Development or Web Development. [Let say: Web Development]
Now, MCAD requires only two core exams and one elective, thats where MCDST comes in, because it counts as an elective but you are better off with SQL Server because its more relevant.
Based on C# and Web Development
Core Exams:
MCAD Exam 70–315
Developing and Implementing Web Applications with Microsoft Visual C# .NET and Microsoft Visual Studio .NET
MCSD Exam 70–320
Developing XML Web Services and Server Components with Microsoft Visual C# and the Microsoft .NET Framework
Electives:
Exam 70–2292
Designing and Implementing Databases with Microsoft SQL Server 2000 Enterprise Edition**
Now comes the sad part, MCAD is designed around .Net 1.x and if you are going for .Net 2.0 or higher then you’ll have to take MCPD :cheegum:
MCAD: http://www.microsoft.com/learning/mcp/mcad/requirements.mspx
MCPD: http://www.microsoft.com/learning/mcp/mcpd/default.mspx
