I'm 100 % sure he is interested. I think males cannot wait so long for an answer. They become impatient. They simply want to know Yes or No. He gave you time, no response. Now he is thinking you are not interested and said "I'm not good for you" meaning YOU are the one NOT BEING interested. Don't blame it on the poor guy.
