I beleive that adliya even at that time shud not have supported the coup and judges shud have followed the example of honourables justices like Wajihuddin and Saeeduzzamaan Siddique. However, then emergency was NOT against judiciary and media, the present one IS. Its good that more & more people including judges are against breaking the constitution again and again.
For CJ and his gang of judges i guess we have a phrase in Urdu
"Meetha Meetha HUP HUP, Karwa Karwa THU THU" :)
