^ I did like the Chipettes. Enjoyed the episodes even more when they joined forces with Alvin, Simon, and Theodore. I agree, I liked Britney and Eleanor, the chubby cute one. Although I like Jeannette for keeping them grounded how Simon does. Did NOT know the Chipettes were actually a music group! WOW......that's interesting and strange. I wonder what the inspiration for the chipmunks were. I liked TMNT as a cartoon.....cannot get into them as an adult either! Weird isn't it. You think you'd never outgrow things that were a huge part of childhood......but yet u do. Fun to look back anyways. Hmmm, I prefer dutch accent to russian. School where I taught at had a dutch media center lady and her accent was mild and pleasant. When I think Russian, i picture huge masucline woman (kinda like a dominatrix) named Olga or Nadja or Nicola who can break bricks simply slamming her forehead against them! She has two jobs. She's a professional hitwoman by night. And her day job is...........Kindergarten teacher!!! Think Miss Trunchbull from Roald Dahl's book, Matilda.
I think I have a food fetish. I must becuause I watch the food network even when I don't cook any of the recipes they show. And often times I like to google pictures of food. How's the Nutella coming along? If you're anything like me, you'll finish the jar in a matter of weeks. But I'm good at not buying another in a long time, cuz I find it addictive. I've read that chocolate is addictive particularly for women because during PMS or bodies lack magnesium....so we crave chocolate because it contains magnesium and also because during that time our seratonin levels are low, so chocolate boosts that up and prevents us from totally crashing. But I feel nuts contain an addictive substance as well. So does Chinese food! You ever wake up in the middle of the night while everyone's asleep to eat leftover Chinese food? For some reason, it tastes even better at that hour. And this may sound weird, but here goes. I have a pizza eating ritual. You see, I LOVE tomato sauce.....I think it's a fetish. So I will pick the cheese of the top and eat it and then eat the rest of the pizza with just the sauce on it. Also, i like to eat pizza with my hands on the day it's delivered. And on the subsequent days.......I like to eat it with a fork. I think it tastes better with a fork after the first day. Yes, I'm a weirdo. But then one of my students told me she does the same thing. It's weird how you think you're the only one in the world....only to find you're not as freaky or unique as you think you are, LOL.
