You guys ever have a cold headache? You know the type of headache that happens when you eat ice cream, or a slurpy, or anything cold? I just had this really yummy italian ice pina colada, and now my head feels funny, lol.
Reha, how's the exercising going. I went walking/jogging yesterday and I plan on doing it again today! I brought some salad mix to makes some healthy meals for myself. Once I get into the routine of jogging, it actually feels good to have your muscles all stretched. My butt actually feels a little smaller after a good jogging workout, lol.
